As a truck driver who's lives in hotels on the road, there are much better, and there are much worse. Front office has been very accommodating and somewhat flexible with late payments. So long as you act reasonably, you are treated reasonably, from my experience. All in all, it's too shabby.

I’m giving a five star review for the cleaning and maintenance staff! The grounds are always clean and maintained. There a dog rest areas with bags provided, sadly a large part of the community doesn’t pick up after their pets. But the cleaning staff does. Every morning at 8 am sharp they are out there picking up trash and pet waste and still smile and say good morning to the residents. A very hard working crew that some of the community doesn’t appreciate.

To be very honest, the reviews almost made me not give this place a try. But tough situation came through and I couldn't be more grateful. I stayed for 7 months and I had NO issues what so ever. Yes a few bugs but the type of property it is, you have to expect that. It was very quiet, it was me and my 2 children. I felt very safe, 24 hr security. It was a clean property. Better than most apartment complexes in SA. Management and staff were extremely friendly and understanding. The internet is choppy but for all bills included , again, expectations have to be realistic. If it calls for it, I would hope this review helps you to have a temp home than will push you to whatever doors open up next for you. My apartment is clean and everything works. I even have a walk in shower. The staff are really nice and if something needs to be fixed they fix it. I suppose that not all the Budget Suites are the same. I'm in San Antonio, TX. They keep the grounds clean also. The people are nice too. There is no noise where my apartment is and there is plenty of parking. The apartment is small but I have a couch, coffee table, tv, full size refrigerator, electric stove, dining room table with chairs and builded in microwave. So it's a great place if your just passing through or you want to stay here permanently.

I stayed in this place for a month, it will be hard to find some other place with this price. If you want something fancy look somewhere else. keep in mind they don't provide bed sheet or pillows, so bring yours, same goes for any kitchen utensils. But you get a clean room with microwave, fridge, stove, and a flat screen, the bathroom as well is very clean. The pool was always clean, enough washing machines and driers. finally the place is quite enough to get some good night of sleep.

The staff here are very nice. I’ve read previous reviews and I find them to be dishonest. If you are following apartment rules, and living a good life, then you have nothing to worry about. I was concerned about previous reviews about “security knocking on the car windows”, “walking in the apartment unannounced”, etc, it’s false. I leave this review because 1) the business and office staff deserve it and 2) maybe it will help someone else like me that needed reassurance. If you have no issues following any apartment guidelines and rules, you will be fine.

Budget Inn and Suites is a great place to stay if you're new to the area and looking for an affordable area! The suites come fully furnished, though you do need to bring your own bed and bath linens. There's a security guard that comes on nights and weekends to make sure everything is alright. The staff is friendly and always has an answer for anything you might need to know. They have a pool and on-site laundry facilities. I've been here for two months and I love it. They're pet friendly, too!

This is a good alternative to an apartment when in transition or just don't have the means to provide a apartment manager with all the application requirements these days. I'm currently a resident here and this is my 3 rd wk I'm going on...so far so good. I thought I would have a problem with the activity at night time around the facility but for the most part it's actually quite calm and quiet. Even thou there's a lot of people... They are just having family fun for what it seems to me. No criminal activity like I expected honestly

My boyfriend and I (20 and 22 so very young) stay here and I haven’t had a problem. We aren’t able to get a permanent place due to him going into the military soon, so we can’t sign any leases or get a whole house. The neighbors are quiet but when we pass by each other they’re all real nice just trying to live just like us. No drugs or smell of weed or anything bad, a few roaches here or there but it’s all about how well you take care of your place. Utility’s included help so much so yes it’s $1,300 a month but that’s all included! I recommend if you need a temporary place to stay. Security walks around, ground is clean, pool is clean. Highly recommended if in the same situation and just need to relieve your stress on where to stay temporarily.

This place isn't bad. There's pest control on site regularly, courtesy patrol, landscapers also come regularly to keep the grounds clean. We had no issues with our unit, maybe one roach but thats to be expected from an older building. Check in was easy and quick. Overall not a bad experience!
